Olá, isso não é um banimento. É somente uma restrição de IP para evitar que jogadores consigam voltar com contas alternativas facilmente. Não existe nenhuma forma de comprar unban ou fazer appeal para este tipo de restrição, apenas aguarde o tempo ou altere seu IP.
