Ban injusto sem direito a compra de unban e appeal negado

Minha duvida: Fui banido por uso de trapaças dia 24/04/2022 fiz o appeal pois eu estava legit, porém foi negado, e na tela de unban diz que não posso comprar, quero saber por que fui banido legit e como vou reculperar meu acesso ao server -
