Im having issues with accessing the server

Hello, Im experiencing some issues with MushMC. When i try to join the server it just says "Cannot connect to server" and i tried to get some help of the dc and everyone said its because i don't live in Brazil. But i really want to play the server, so if there's any possible way for me to play the server without living in Brazil that would be appreciated.
