R: Olá, eu fiz a compra do meu vip em 12/02, e no mesmo dia fiz reembolso, pois fiz a compra na conta errada. Se passaram alguns dias e recebi resposta que meu reembolso foi feito e o dinheiro iria cair em breve no dia 03/03, hoje já é 15/03, já se passaram 1 mês e 3 dias que pedi reembolso no total e até agora não recebi meu reembolso, ai decidi vir perguntar se vocês estão com algum problema para haver tanta demora para meu reembolso, obrigado pela atenção. -
