Host tá muito ruim

R: Tem um problema que está já me irritando faz tempo, a host tá com muito problema, sempre em alguns momentos o ping chega em 200 ms ou até 1500 ms, problema não é minha internet, até porque acabou de pagar, tá impossível de jogar, fica dando muito hit atrasado e tal, e quero saber o que fazer ou quando vai consertar isto -
