Vou te ajudar com seu problema, tudo bem?
- Primeiro, aperte ESC e vai em Opções
- Depois de entrar em Opções, clique em Opções de Bate-Papo.
- Agora, verifique se a opção marcada em vermelho na print, se encontra como Visível.
Feito isso, acredito que irá conseguir utilizar o chat normalmente. Ah, e se você quer enviar mensagem para sua party, o comando correto é /pc <mensagem>.
