Isso não é nenhum tipo de punição, você está apenas restrito de entrar no servidor. Esses casos acontecem quando você tem alguma conta banida recentemente no seu IP ou você está usando algum tipo de VPN como ExitLag! Não há o que fazer nessa situação, você só deve esperar o tempo dito. -
