R: no caso o boleto é gerado por vocês mesmo, eu apenas copiei o código de autenticação do boleto e paguei pelo pic pay com saldo dele mesmo, e aí? Preciso entrar em contato mesmo com outra plataforma? Ou só o comprovante já faz o trabalho dele igual ao PAGAMENTO PIX? -

Na verdade, o Mush não é responsável por gerar boleto. Como dito anteriormente, isso é de responsabilidade do gateway utilizado, ou seja, da plataforma Mercado Pago.
