Sentimos muito pelo transtorno. Como você mencionou estar na Alemanha e que seu IP estaria bloqueado, há duas possibilidades, e você deve verificar qual delas corresponde à mensagem exibida na tela:
- Restrição temporária de IP: se a mensagem indicar um tempo restante, aguarde o período exibido na tela e tente novamente depois.
- Restrição de país: envie um e-mail para [email protected] explicando o bloqueio e informando o país onde você está (Alemanha). Como você possui conta original, informe seu nickname LordL no e-mail. Consulte a seção correspondente no tópico de contas. Não é possível garantir liberação ou prazo de resposta.
Se ainda tiver problemas, por favor, aguarde até que a conexão se estabilize e tente novamente.
