Levei mute (permanente)

A 3 anos levei 1 mute permamente no serve pois fui racista, sei que fiz algo errado, mais acredito que foi muito por conta da mentalidade fraca e a idade era novo, tinha 14 anos na epoca, voltei a jogar recentemente no servido e gostaria que se tiver alguma possibilidade de eu voltar a acessar o chat do serve novamente!
