acredito que #7 seria justo ser blacklist, pois o mesmo ja foi mutado 7 vezes pelo mesmo motivo, ele nao vai parar de xingar. -

Casos de silenciamento relacionados à blacklist são avaliados com base no motivo da punição, não estando necessariamente vinculados à quantidade de silenciamentos anteriores do jogador.
