Não consigo acessar o servidor.

Quero saber como posso acessar o servidor, eu literalmente NÃO CONSIGO.
Já tentei TODOS OS MÉTODOS e NADA funciona.
Já falei com os provedores de internet, tentei usar uma VPN, mudei meu endereço IP, TUDO, e ainda não consigo acessar esse servidor. O problema é só no Mush, porque consigo acessar outros servidores sem problemas. ajuda. -
