Pagar unban e perder level sem usar nenhuma trapaça?

R: Tomei ban por trancar 2 players na base deles e ficar matando eles, mas isso não vem ao caso, paguei unban e meu lvl desceu pra 0, além de pagar o unban ainda perde level? isso não faz sentido, pois não upei meu level com nenhum tipo de trapaça/xit. Quero meu level de volta, oq eu faço?
