Pode ficar tranquilo, você não foi banido, apenas restritos. Em casos como esse, você deve utilizar algum tipo de VPN ou ExitLag ou até mesmo ter alguma conta no seu IP banida recentemente, não podemos fazer muita coisa nesses casos além de indicar que aguarde acabar o tempo da restrição. -
