Olá, DREW, não precisamente TODO reembolso leva à uma punição, porém, as punições geralmente são aplicadas após um reembolso de um antigo produto (rank, tag, etc).
Há um prazo de tempo para você solicitar reembolso sem levar quaisquer tipos de punições.Quaisquer dúvidas, basta entrar em contato criando um novo tópico de atendimento.
