boa tarde staff, tirando duvidas aqui. me falaram que o prazo pra responder appeal é de até 3 dias, mas só o meu ainda não teve retorno. por isso fiquei na dúvida se ele acabou passando batido. queria saber se meu caso ainda está sendo analisado, se possível. tmj!

Sim. O prazo de resposta do appeal é de até 3 dias úteis, você solicitou o appeal há 2 dias, ou seja, o prazo expira amanhã. -
