Problema de troca de nick

R: recentimente, troquei de nick no mush, antes de trocar, eu faço um teste dando /skin da skin que eu quero, pois eu tenho tags, se não houver skin significa que não tem alguem com esse nick, fiz isso, antes meu nick era souzana, eu troquei de nick e mesmo depois consegui entrar, porém agora não estou conseguindo, gostaria de uma solução rápida para meu problema, bom dia. -
