Ban automático, sem razão

Sou de Portugal, entrei no server hoje de manha no kitpvp, fiz uns pvp de glad e boxer, fiquei com 4 kills e 6 mortes eu acho e do nada eu levo ban automático,por nada, na minha cabeça como estou do outro lado do oceano o ping não fica muito bom e até tomar sopa fica difícil, eu não estou xitando por amor de deus tirem me o ban. (podem comprovar)
