Lag/Ping mush

Eu quando entro no serv fica tudo certo mais passa alguns segundos fica lagando toda hora
E quando fica muito lagado meu ping fica 1k344 e eu fico tomando kick falando tempo esgotado, mas quando eu entro em qualquer outro servidor fica normal -
