Estava a um tempo sem jogar, e quando voltei estava banido, meu pc antigo quebrou no inicio de 2018 e entao quando voltei agora estava banido por uso de trapaça, minha conta so era utilizada por mim, e ninguem alem de mim tinha acesso, gostaria de saber se eu tenho que comprar unban ou apresentar algum tipo de prova para que eu seja desbanido?
