R: Olá, tudo bem? Estava no lobby conversando com um amigo e sem intenção de ofender, usei a palavra 'veado' como uma gíria comum entre a gente. Não sabia que isso poderia gerar mute, até porque sempre tomo muito cuidado pra seguir as regras. E acabou subindo uma # na minha conta, e foi alguém de fora da conversa que printou e enviou. Peço desculpas e gostaria de saber se é possível reavaliar a punição, já que não houve má-fé nem ofensa direta -
