Quero um tempo determinado sem ser perm ou o direito a comprar un mute

o pARTNER+ EuAdi vive em suas lives falando "sua mae ta gelada seu pcd (pessoa com deficiencia)" porem quando eu falei "sua mae ta gelada" para um player recebi um mute perm sem direito a un mute, se um partner que alguem da midia do server fala e nao é responsabilizado porque eu fui, gostaria de uma resposta com justificativa clara.
