Olá, Jogador(a).
Isso ocorre quando alguma conta recebe alguma punição dentro do servidor, e o seu IP fica restrito por um tempo determinado para fazer login. É algo bastante comum de acontecer quando a sua operadora de internet utiliza um IP compartilhado.
