Não, em questão de racismo somos bem rigorosos, porém sempre utilizamos o bom senso. Sempre avaliamos cada caso, se é passível de ban ou mute. Para o seu amigo ser banido permanentemente posso garantir que ele praticou racismo de forma ''pesada''.
