Ban automático - injusto

Estava jogando e tomei um ban por uso de trapaça, no entanto estou legit, eu estou enfrentando um problema na minha rede e ela está oscilando meu ping, devido a isso tem momentos em que eu travo e volto. Se for preciso fazer ss, Estou com mine aberto desde o momento que tomei ban. Estou utilizando labymod original do site, estou aberto para fazer screenshare se for preciso, não devo nada. Só quero voltar a jogar porque faz muito tempo que não me divirto jogando.!
