um cara com 3.5 e falam que a denuncia foi negada?

desculpa ai mas não vou aceitar que essa denuncia seja negada, obviamente no vídeo o cara tá com 3.5, já mandei pra uns amigos meus e até staffs de servidores afirmaram que o cara tá xitado e a denuncia é negada?? Peço que revisem isso ai mano.
